1. Scope of Services

These terms govern the use of services provided by KRIIT Group, including IT logistics, IT support, data center management, and other related services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors. We will notify clients of any planned outages in advance.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
  • Ensuring access to facilities or systems necessary for the execution of services.
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services are outlined in individual contracts or agreements.
  • Invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

KRIIT Group is not liable for damages caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party failures.

Liability for minor negligence is excluded unless it concerns essential contractual obligations.

6. Data Protection

KRIIT Group processes and stores client data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in accordance with the contract terms.

KRIIT Group reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment or breach of agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with German jurisdiction.
